• Scan and verify the authenticity of UBS gold bars
• Display real-time buy and sell prices of gold
• Calculate estimated value of gold assets owned by the user
• Provide information on official UBS store locations

The App is intended to provide convenience and enhance user trust when managing physical gold assets.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If under 18, you use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activities.

• Uninterrupted App functionality

6. Gold Authenticity Verification

The App includes features that assist in checking the authenticity of UBS gold bars.
However:

• Verification results are informational only

• They do not replace physical inspection by authorized UBS personnel
• We are not liable for misreadings due to lighting, device limitations, or improper usage

Users are encouraged to consult official UBS stores for definitive verification.

The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC) for:

• Analytics
• Crash reporting

Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these third parties’ policies and terms.
